Okay so clearly this is a import package and those get shipped from customs depending on mail priority.
If it's been two weeks and it's not EMS that's normal, for SAL expect to wait up to a month while thick in the shit that is covid 19. Rsal/AIR about the same.
If it IS EMS, something has gone wrong and that's just on NJ. Wait maybe a few more days then call if so.
Granted that's just off japan post, SAL speeds applies to packages from china.
