You get Memetchi if it's a boy.
If you want different characters you have to neglect your pet a few times. Or if you want the secret characters, you'll have to connect it to a ton of other ID Ls.
I don't know how you do these care mistakes with this one, because I don't personally own it. But try and make your pet starve for like 10 minutes or something, see what happens. I know you need to at least have fucked up more than once to get different ones. So do that a few times and it should work.
