All I see in the catalogue is action figure stuff. Why don't we have a discussion on lightsabers?

I placed an order with Ultra Sabers last week. To be honest I'm not very thrilled with their customer service as they haven't responded to an email I sent them and they didn't give a timeline for when to expect my saber. Anyone do business with them previously? Did I choose the wrong seller?
