What, do you think it's supposed to be partsformed on and off? The backpack stays on, and the tailfins make up the calves. All you'd have to do is watch 20 seconds of a video review to see that.
I agree, a 3rd party company would do better. That's not even a question. But for a 20 dollar retail figure, she's really good. The only way I'd buy a 3rd party figure of her is if a company was somehow able to make her a proper triple changer. Otherwise, the Studio Series version is a good representation of the character, especially for the price.
