they do. i had looked this a while ago and Takara/Tomy still make some really high quality ones, but in the US they're expensive af

I picked up one of these at Target a few years back, it was on clearance, so I figured if it sucked I would at least have a toy for my toys.

I remember it was okay, the batteries didn't last too long. I wish I made a little obstacle course for it, but I just drove it around for a bit until it ran out of juice.

I remember I and a buncha weebs from my anime club bought the Initial D ones. I also got a Pontiac Trans Am like Smokey & The Bandit. An older cousin had one back in the day too.
