You can swap the heads between bases. I'm not sure why you would though since it looks like every head was sold attached to a base.

I think the idea is that you stick a base to a surface permanently, then swap out the heads whenever you want a change in character. That way you aren't losing adhesiveness by removing and reapplying a base.

Oh yeah these, weird to have missed them but there was a dry period of them not showing up on ebay for a good few years.
What fucks me up is how the Amy/Shadow/Sonic heads look really close to the prototypes for the first BAF wave that toyisland did.
