So, pic related first of all. I have a Lugia toy from around the time of the second movie in 2000. The tail has become yellowed, and I wanted to try and refurbish it, to bring back the initial color. It is a different material than the rest of the toy itself. The other parts have their original blue/grey coloration and are a smooth hard plastic, and have a high gloss. The tail though is a matte finish for some reason and although it is different it is still extremely hard so I don’t understand why they made it out of this pvc like material. Any suggestions for chemicals or what I could do?
