>>8148577Your graphic means nothing, and is as worthless as your argument. We're talking about action figures here. Not toys in general.
>nevermind that collector toys are niche even in Japannevermind that I said ASIA and not just Japan. I was talking about China, Taiwan (or, as I like to call it, Real China), Singapore, Hong Kong (technically part of China, but they have a huge damn market for figures) and Malaysia. All of these countries have huge action figure markets, and yes, statues and model kits too.
I understand that it can be hard for USAmericans to understand countries that are not their own, let alone the difference between a country and a continent, but please try to keep up.
>It's no wonder people like yourself need to pretend your toys are superiorI'm not the same guy that you called a weaboo. There's at least four of us at the moment calling you out for your dumb shit - me, the guy you called a weaboo, Supplay&Demand Guy and the guy that calls you out for your shit posing.
>by pricing shit out of reach for most peopleBut it's not though. Time and again it's been proven to you that there are really good Japanese figures that go for $30 in Asia. That's Marvel Legend-tier pricing but for a better quality figure.
>cognitive dissonance Yes, you've proven very well that you know what that is.
>and buyers remorseIf anyone has buyer's remorse, it's you. I love and play with every single figure I've bought. With one exception. My cheap American figure, a black series Second Sister. I love the design and aesthetic, but she's the least poseable, most fragile and worst feeling figure.
You, on the other hand, have admitted that you own a few imports (although, why, I'm not sure, since you can't utilise their articulation for shit) and the rest are cheap "domestics.
Maybe that's why you defend them so hard...
