My nostalgiabladder always lets loose when i see them on /toy/, but I'm not really a collector for most of the stuff from the 80s.
I only keep up with GI Joe. Been buying them up from the 90s, 00s, 10s, and today.
I think a lot of fond memories from the 90s only really has to do with the fact that 90s cartoons were actually well written. That shit holds up today, unlike He-Man, GI Joe, Transformers, and other shitty 80s cartoons. Maybe 90s stuff like XMen:TAS don't hold up today, but i didn't think it was good in the 90s either. Always a pale comparison to the comics.
