Most of the effects are new too, excluding the boot jets from the recent Iron Man 2020, and the firing and smoke effects from the Target White Widow. Genuinely the only reused parts on the figure itself are the thighs and the biceps.
MCU White Widow reuses a ton of parts from the Cull Obsidian Black Widow, like her face. The hair is from the black widow in the crimson dynamo wave. Some of the effects are new but even the stand is from fucking Black Series.
