theyve always been big. Rise hit them really hard though, i dont think Sewer Squad program helped neither.

also ive been a Ben 10 fan from the start, but Playmates' was the only company ive given money to.

The general word on the street seems to be that Ben 10 is single handedly keeping the company afloat. Rise bombed hard, and it won't be for another year or so before we get any new TMNT entertainment. Power Players seems dead in the water aswell, as Ive regularly seen the figures warm pegs in recent outings and even before the pandemic.

it's still the same 5 toys, and rarely Galileo whom ive seen in walgreens more than walmart, and one time in target. surpringly has an ab-crunch too.

that's what happens when you have plain looking digital models that you try to make toys out of, some asymmetrical hand sculpts would be really good for playmates to try their hand at again. forget being screen accurate all the time, just make cool toys that look cool, I feel like they lost that somewhere

i forget that the first 2013 turtle toys werent screen accurate, and those were the best of that entire series. I think if they did something similar with Rise, theyd sell better. but i will say there was an effort made with the villains for once.

That's really unfortunate. I genuinely liked the designs from Rise and even got the Turtles membership 4pack. Power Players was also high potential but the show suffers from terrible writing and plot. I am glad however that I got Galileo. I really do hope the other 2/8 happened because I need the toy robot looking minions from Madcap.
