>>8184328I hate that harleyfaggot as much as eveyone else, but I have to disagree now. TLBM had better villain design, because they are more legoey and have better face proportions. TLBM Scarecrown, Penguin, Poison Ivy and Joker are deffinitely the best version we got. Two-face and freeze are kinda disputable. Old Mr. Freeze has still the best composition, but could use more details like those other suits. And Two-face is nice reference to old Burton movies. And also the new orange-purple colourscheme is better than the black-white, because it much closer to his gold age portrayal.
Now when, I think of it, the reason you like the old batman sets, might be because they are have it closer to BTAS designs.
TLMB Bane and Croc bigfigs are the only thing I can see as downgrade, but kids seem to love them.
As for Harley, , nothing can beat her Jester suit, but I also kinda liked the lego's anime-like curly hair and also how they avoided the shitty blue-pink colourscheme we today see everywhere. Alas, the spamming cancer from /lg/ ruined this for me.
