I've never seen him before but apparently he was a character in early G1 and got one or two repaints but never really took off as a character...
...Jokes aside ER Screamer finally arrived and it's alright, not overally amazing or super shitty just middling which I guess is probably the problem.
If this figure had the articulation of the Siege version it would probably be the best jet Starscream (in chug scale) ever but it doesnt which is a big shame but I'll give the figure some credit, the headsculpt is top tier and at least they gave it ankle tilts.
I guess to summarise I think Siege Starscream is a better figure and is good in spite of its flaws, meanwhile ER Starscream is an good figure held back by its flaws. I'm happy I didn't pay full price but not mad I bought it at all.
