I had multiple heads with stress marks over the last few years, clip pieces have a ridiculously high cracking ratio, the Ferrari Tributo had a roof that didn't fit because it probably was mostly designed in LDD and never really looked at irl and the gold on the Thanos mech was so weak that you could easily rub it off with a tissue handkerchief.
Now add stuff like minifigs cracking to the point where they end up cracked on the boxart, pieces with coloring issues, spelling mistakes on stickers, prints, sails, etc., print quality on minifigs and more and "Only the best is good enough" becomes "...good enough".
This has been going on for years now and I doubt even mailing their customer service will do anything unless a huge crowd of people is going to flood them with this.
