i've literally never seen these things talked about and dont even remember where i got them. mightve been some christmas around '96 or '97, or they simply materialized out of thin air

took me fucking forever to figure out what they were called.

I had some of these cheap, dollar store Spider-Man toys that I can't find images at all. They all had Spider-Man's body, but the heads were different characters and had a light underneath that would glow red when you pushed the button. I'm not sure if they were ko or not (the lights and fucked heads lead me to believe they were) and it was in the early to mid 2000s. If anyone has any ideas or better yet images that'd be stellar.

I had a bunch, at one point KB Toys had all of the sets except the larger electronic ones 2 for $5, and I had $40 in Birthday money so I went wild on them, but I only bought the alien sets because I thought the soldiers were lame compared to them. I still have a good bit of them in my old toy bin but lost some of the parts over time.

I'm sure I'm not the ONLY person who had at least one of the Steel Monsters figure and vehicle sets, but absolutely nobody fucking talks about them.
I had this one. Still have the figure, but I don't know about the vehicle. I always just called him Jason when I was little on account of the mask.

I used to have that action figure as a kid and it was one of my favorites. This line was inspired by the Mad Max movies, and said action figure looks like Lord Humungus.

I only knew one, the nes game.
Never saw the cartoon. The packages decreased in the shops, but i never knew or met someone who had them or knew them.
There were 3 series plus several pocket series, but never saw some knowing them.
