Nevertheless, it was revealed a few years ago that the entire series couldn't be released due to some kind of clause in the deal that Time Life had with Columbia. That though was years ago and I'm sure by now that contract has to have expired by now.
The rumor was that a new full series release, including the Slimer series, would be coming this year to coincide with the new movie but with the movie pushed back, who knows? If there was to be a new release, it should have been at least solicited before the virus outbreak but there was no sign of it.
