They toned it down to saturday morning cartoon tier and shredder went from comic book accuracy to circa 1990 feminist shoulder pads and glittery purple attire. His helmet was changed to what can only be described as saw blades. So, in hindsight, the shroidder fits in perfectly.
as for that toy.... I had it as a kid.

He cant hold the ooze canisters, he cant do anything with his staff but hold it. and the arms have 45 degrees of movement. also they botched his chest plate like they did with every fig... its not the movie armor, its football pads with spikes.
