$100 should be the most, which is fucking ridiculous, considering how "advanced" it is from the Jakks LJN rings we got in the 90s for $15, but around black Friday, ringside collectibles has them for about as cheap as they ever get, around $50-$60.

The scale rings are awesome. My son is a huge wrestling so I've bought several throughout the years. Ringside collectibles has them sometimes on sale. I've bought them there as low as $60. Keep an eye out.

Damn, so I am gonna have to drop some cash for a nice one. I was looking at the standard play ones, which seem quite small for Mattel figures, but decent for 1/12 stuff. The authentic ones are just massive though, not even sure I have a proper space to fit that sort of thing.

Yes, and if you got 4 you could build the whole ring. There are 3 different kinds with the differences being the corners. Red and blue corners, as well as neutral corners.

Pretty pricey on ebay now.
When it came out you could grab it for around $100 discounted.
I grabbed mine for $60 on wwe shop on clearance about a year ago.
Its worth it for displaying and photos.
Definitely much larger than what you'd expect once assembled.
The highlights are being able to switch out the ring skirts and mat. Also comes with full commentary table and chairs and monitors.
Surprisingly enough the s.h. figuarts don't really look all that bad as far as scale goes. They look a little small but way better than the little corner they offered. Even with all 4 pieces it was too small.
If you got the extra cash and you like wrestling figures buy it.

The problem with most WWE Diva figures is that they use that true-life scan technology for their faces. Most of them turn out looking like 50 year old grandmas. Also, Mattel has drastically cut back on diva articulation in the basic line.

what I think is kinda pricey is the extreme sets back drops of the crowd and arena that you see in all the wrestling figures photography.

It's one of those 3D cardboard displays, which includes a 3D cardboard crowd. My son also has the cardboard entrance stages. They're nice but really aren't made to be played with.

Basic figs are $10, which is just the figure with basic articulation

Elites are $20. A more collector friendly line. Has more articulation and accessories.

Ultimate are around $30-$40. I believe has the same articulation as elite but includes more accessories, hands and alternate heads. Very collector friendly but has a limited selection of figures.... like 5 or 6 tops right now.

To be fair no one has been able to capture the Bella Twins faces. Even in the WWE 2K games there was just something about their faces that never turned out right. Same with Stone Cold Steve Austin.

For some reason the twins and Austin faces are always off in video games and action figures.

The people who like Dexter, are also the people who find the entire Undisputed Era clique to be the cancer killing NXT and poster child for "Vanilla Midgets", as defined by Kevin Nash.

Also, Dexter brought the best out of Roddy since Roddy's entire character has been "dick sucker" for Adam Cole, so watching him cower and have PTDS from being kidnapped/raped by Dexter was an actual improvement for Roddy's character in terms of him both doing shit and having a character arc beyond being a toady for Cole

all american apple pie type who's determined to bring some "class" to the women's division. Her finisher is called "a woman's right" where she literally knocks the opponent out with her fist. Because of her character she can come off as heel or the face depending on who she's up against, especially when the fact that she's a mom is acknowledged. I'm pretty up on her as well.
I think they moved her to the main roster a little early, she was way to green when they did but she's improved quite a bit.
She's a great heel. Tries to keep kayfabe alive and her move set is really quite different than all the other women wrestlers.

you have to look at these like marvel legends if your a wrestling fan anon.
It gets no better than this for the price point and how deep they go into the past, offer practically every ring gear worn by every wresler, plus playsets and offer a budget line for the kiddos thats just as extensive as the elite with the basics.
I give them much credit for continuing to give fans every figure they could ever want for a product that's almost a niche interest to what it once was.

In that regard I can understand, the insanely deep roster and collections is a huge reason why interest in the SHF figures was so low. But for as bad as I find Legends to be sometimes, they are way better than Mattel figures.

From the few that I've gotten in the last couple years, the quality of the plastic feels cheap, ankle joints are insanely tight, necks are basically a swivel, the ball joint in female figures waists are practically useless, range of motion in general is pretty poor, the slip on knee/elbow pads should just be sculpted on, variety of expressions is just bizarre.

Short answer except for Slaughter is that they were done over and over to the point it makes sense to wait a while because nobody wants to buy 3 Hogans and 3 macho men in a row. They will always remain popular so they can keep them for whenever there is noone cool to make on the roster.
