I like Carapar, as you mentioned, because the melded trans-grey and skeetorange comes together to form a wonderful organic look, but my personal favourite is probably Pridak, just because the white with bloodstains (let's be honest, Lego says what they have to say, but those are bloodstains) and his very jagged look is nice. Ehlek is probably a close second, but fuck 2007 lime pieces.
