It's boring, generic FPS garbage, the matchmaking is broken as fuck (games usually end up as curbstomps because all the good players end up on the same team), the balancing is fucked, the business model is predatory with gameplay-affecting items locked behind paywalls, the learning curve is steeper than the Berlin Wall, and it just isn't fun, like, at all. I wasted 100 hours on the bloody game before I finally saw the problem was just that it plain and simple isn't good. At least OW tried to do something new with the gameplay, and the difference in polish between OW and TF2 is insane (which to be fair you'd expect considering TF2 is 13 years old and in need of putting out to pasture).
