No shit it's a risk, but that's how all businesses operate, and we've seen that a lot of them can grow from taking these risks. But again, this is just a sideline, because KAiyodo has shrunk down since they stopped taking as many risks.
You argued that they arent niche, yet here you are defending why Kaiyido shouldn't make anymore risks like they used to.
