Why would you sell on e-bay a toy that, for example, cost you $10.00 dollars and then add a mark-up over mark-up and sell it off for $15.00 or $20.00 dollars adding your own profit, when someone can get said toy for the same price of $10.00 dollars elsewhere?
Unless you can get toys for peanuts and sell them on e-bay at competitive prices, you're only setting up yourself for a disappointment.
