That complex hair looks very weird juxtaposed onto a simplified anime face. Shoulda gone with typical straight black anime hair or stylized floof. As is, it just kind of looks like a weird helmet of unwashed hair.

These kinds of model kits are snip the parts from the frame, (sand down any nubs if you wish), then snap together, then pose.

You don't have to paint anything on them, if you don't want to. The plastic is cast in the colors the parts are meant to be. Sometimes you've get stickers or whatever the hell waterslides are.

It is literally a model kit, the face is painted, and knowing Koto, I'd be willing to bet the Tiara, and any super-super detailed parts are pre-painted, but the rest is color molded.

Generally, Koto molds the parts in roughly the correct colors like 99% of modern plamo, stickers and/or decals for details like the stripes on her boots, and include a couple of pre-painted parts for important details like the eyes and maybe the gold parts. The pictures on the listing are of a fully-painted model. Out of the box, it'll look serviceable but noticeably incomplete - you'll have to do any washes or topcoating yourself, for instance.
