Both have a very similar redesign, the same sculptor, and came with a book.
But the Gally figure is figma-sized, comes with lots of accessories and is an all-around great figure, while the Rei one is small and cheaply made. The revoltech mini is way better

I used to take pics of most every toy I got (which shows here) and fiddle with them a lot Second to last figure I got was the Mafex Batman Begins, and despite how great I think he looks, I only barely touched it...
