Hell, one item I pre-ordered--Metal Build Exia R4--is already released and the seller hadn't even attempted to send it out yet. I contacted him before I pre-ordered and asked him how he'd handle the shipment given Japan Post is avoiding sending shit the the US. He said he will hold on to my item until Japan Post clears shipping to the US again. This was back in April. I have several other items on pre-order via eBay that I expect will have the same delayed shipment.
