Sneaking in a Metaluna Mutant reference at the last minute instead of doing 8/8 monsters, or doing two themed waves; 4 monster references and 4 sci-fi references, is just a little weird to me.
They could've put Donnie (or krang) in a Robby costume, or snuck in another robot or alien or any given spandex clad leading man with dome helmet costume.
