A lot of those figures were made pre 2010, and therefore have mild upper body articulation and none below the waist, other than maybe swivel joints for the feet.
The newer retooled, boxed Terminator figures are fully articulated updates, some are completely new molds.
Resident Evil 5 is the only series to get fully articulated figures from them. Neca no longer has the Resident Evil license, apparently their relationship with Capcom was a mess.
