>>8312312>>8312375I can understand bitching about the show's creator or it appealing to zoomers or whatever, but is the fact that most of the stuff they talk about in the show American that much of an issue? If you break down everything they talk about you end up with
>2 Toylines that were derived from Japanese products but are primarily American in concept (Transformers and Power Rangers)>A fully Japanese "toy" (Hello Kitty)>A European toy (Lego)The rest of the other shit they talk about either comes from American IPs (Star Wars, Star Trek, TMNT, Pro Wrestling) or American companies (GI Joe/Pastel Horses from Hasbro, Barbie/He-Man from Mattel).
I mean what other non-American toy lines do you think they could even talk about? Keep in mind there's no way Netflix is going to ever touch any "obscure" lines/brands like Revoltech or Mafex or shit like that.
>JapanThe only other thing from Japan I can think of that has enough global/historic appeal as Power Rangers or Hello Kitty is Gundam, and a Gunpla episode could easily be done.
>EuropeMaybe an episode on Kinder Eggs? Though that seems less about the toy itself and more about the chocolate. I could also see an episode on the Hornby/Tri-ang rivalry being done, but if they were to do a Toy Train episode there's no way they wouldn't do Lionel.
