Do I think he's capable of making a well-articulated, well-sculpted female figure with a well-done face? Well...no, not really. And even if he could, I'd be extremely doubtful it would be the absolute pinnacle of all figures released until now.
His recent WW84 figures really left something to be desired in numerous categories, I'm not sure why you think a comic version would suddenly make him perform so much better. I mean, his other comic DC figures have been extremely hit-or-miss.
