When it comes to Halo stuff its a bit harder to come by since its not as popular in Japan, but that's also why their prices are so cheap. I'd say its still somewhat regularly restocked based on my experience keeping an eye out through their alert list.
Do yourself a favour and create an account and put " halo " as a keyword alert, that way you'll get an email with anything that has " halo " in the name, non-Halo stuff will get through but atleast you wont miss anything.

Their prices arent as good though since its people selling their stuff directly like eBay. Only decent thing I found on there was the Halo Wars Red Team three pack for a good-ish price, didnt jump on it though
