Hasbro doesn't really give a fuck, and their photographers are typically clueless about toys (or hell, sometimes not even in-house). This leads to the photographer trying their best to transform the toy, sometimes without instructions, to the best of their ability, and then they have to pose the damn thing on top of that. This accounts for a lot of "official" shots that look awkward, dumb, or are just plain mistransformed.
