This program can be abused by anons in button up shirts lapping as distributors.
If a neca distributor quits, then that region rots until neca hires a new distributor.
If a distributor is lazy and never goes to the store, but still collects a paycheck, Neca won't know.
Even if they are doing a good job, they can secretly resell rare stock on eBay for 3x profit. Why pay someone to scalp your shit?
