The Goldar character is associated with MMPR so that's probably why he gets the SPC code. Beast Morphers Goldar makes the most sense. MMPR Goldar had to be clearanced out by Gamestop so it wouldn't make much sense putting him in a normal wave.

If the availability is good the carded releases will offer kids the chance to build the Zord over time versus needing to wait for Xmas or a birthday. Parents aren't gonna drop $45 for a casual purchase, but they might buy a $15 Zord every so often. I remember Trendmasters Voltron release where they added mini pilot figures, projectiles, and motorized gimmicks to the lions to make the individual releases fun toys in their own rights. Well fuck. I have an unbuilt Dino Megazord and Dragonzord minipla set. Only opened the boxes to verify the contents, runners are all still sealed. I was originally going to build them but I ended up scoring amazing deals on the SoC's which fit my display better. Should I just fucking sell the minipla? It's all poorly acted, hyper-corny entertainment for 4 year olds. If you have no nostalgia for it, it's hard to sit through. Time Force and RPM go the slightly edgier route and are a little more tolerable. I personally love mid-late 90s aesthetics so the shows of that era are entertaining enough for me.

Also there is legitimate entertainment to be had from watching Super Sentai. Their melodrama and silliness work because of the foreign culture intrigue, and if the acting is terrible you can't tell because of the language barrier. Timeranger and Dairanger are two that I've actually watched a lot of and would recommend.

Most of them are fun to watch and a good handful have withstood the test of time. The first 6 years are one big continuing story with tons of real life drama impacting the story and it shows. After that most seasons are standalone and you can pick and choose what you want to see.

If personally recommend the entire first Judd Lynn era (second half of Turbo through the end of Time Force), the first 3 New Zealand seasons (Ninja Storm/Dino Thunder/SPD) RPM and Dino Charge. Beast Morphers is also pretty decent but it's on a break right now.

Maybe its the light but compared to Gamestop's Goldar promo pics (not the render) this guy has a more bronze look to him. Maybe it was meant to be better gold but to me looks bronze.

There's multiple two-packs they could have revealed. There's Trent which they still haven't officially revealed. There's a non-stripe Green Ranger being released in some unknown capacity. Even if the latter two aren't new reveals it'd be nice to know when and where we can buy them. It'd also have been nice to see them actually acknowledge what went wrong with Trent's visor.

I still find it funny that this may be missing the black trim around the visor and everyone is losing their minds, but it has more paint on the body than Bandai could manage with their Legacy figure, plus you get effect parts, alt hands, and an unmasked head too. Sure, the trim is such a stupidly minor thing to skimp on when they painted the rest, but it hardly makes the figure an egregiously terrible addition to the line.

The girls arent hard to find in the long run. If you miss them in store you might not be the first to own them but they eventually restock online. Look at Ranger Slayer, Kimberly, Trini. You just need to check back every now and then.

It happens with the guys as well Lord Zedd, Drakkon, Goldar. They sell out but eventually they make more.

I didn't get an email either I just had to manually check my order to see it said "fulfilled"

That probably means they made the label at least. If you make a FedEx account and check for incoming shipments, it'll probably be listed there. It often is before they send you the actual email.
