Really disappointed after seeing toybro’s reviews. Jackalman still has reversed calves despite them saying they would fix it a year ago, and his neck isn’t painted. Panthro has the wrong color speedo and still doesn’t have cat eyes. Mumm-Ra is blue. Lion-o still has the shitty torso, A peg permanently sticking off his side for the shield, and when the paint on the face looks like shit for a review copy it makes me wonder what the rest will look like. They also all seem to have two sets of the same hands for some reason? I don’t understand how they put so much effort into the TMNT line and half assed this so hard.

watching toy bro's reviews put me off the line entirely. not only did they keep the flaws from the mattel figures, the mattel figures look a lot worse than i remember. i guess a lot has happened in five years

Yeah my thoughts pretty much mirror this, but I think I’m still in because I know deep down no one is ever gonna make anything better. Were at peak 80s nostalgia and the property is dead, I’m just gonna settle for them I guess.

I think 5.5 is over for super7 while Mattel is doing motu again, I'd give it about 2 years and we may see some guest appearances in the origins line assuming it doesnt get canceled
