>>8361421>>8361428>>8361828>Flat rate Flat rate boxes are generally an awful deal if youre shipping action figures. Flat rates are usually only the best deal when the item is very heavy for it's size. Ie: Car Parts, tools, resinshit, metal castings, etc.
With figures in particular, most can be boxed and packed at a total weight under 1lb... Anything under 1lb, USPS first classis is absolutley the way to go. Very fast and very cheap.
For gross weights over 1lb, USPS priority is still usually the best deal.
For very large items, too big for a flat rate, Fed Ex is typically the cheapest option.

Honestly if you're moving a decent amount of items...invest in a digital shipping scale. It'll pay for itself in a week once.
