I have bought stuff this whole quarantine from Nin-nin and they have been great...

I decided to pre-order over 300 dollars worth of merchandise from figma, mafex, and AY revoltech. Everything is paid for in advance.
I figured they haven't failed me yet and I use their warehouse version of pile of loot.
I been waiting for more than 3 weeks for a shipping email. I emailed Nin-nin and said they are sending me an an invoice for shipping, they never did.
Still waiting for that email.

I just sent an email to the seller with that screenshot and the guide number. They refunded the full amount, but goddamn, I wanted the figure.

My main concern is that I preordered the 2 spetsnaz guys, so hopefulky I get at least the other one.
