Geewunners need to accept the fact that their show, "the magnum opus of Transformers" was never really that great to begin with which is half the reason it got curbstomped by TMNT afterwards. Kids only ended up watching G1 again thanks to the mindless Bay movies and G1 never really needed a reboot to begin with as the Netflix series shown by being straight up awful.
I already stated why Classics worked so well but kids don't buy toys as much anymore so now they can get away with "MUH G1"
