My dad was using my old laptop in the early 00s. He was able to teach himself how to hook up musical equipment to it, with some help from me. So he had more than basic knowledge on how to use a computer, despite being old.

Fast forward 10 years and they swearing everytime they need to input their password for the fifth time and not knowing how to back up from a page. They don't know how to go back to recently viewed shit from their apps, because phones are shit like that.
