Kinda disappointed that the Harkonens are all bald instead of redheaded, but they also are from a planet with a shitty environment, so it would make sense (watch someone on the right make a fuss about symbolizing white-supremicists or something).
The worm at the end was a good touch. I'm guessing the mouth closes by a ring of muscle contracting, dilating with radial symmetry to open. If so that's a neat take on the worms' maw, as opposed to the Lynch tri-lipped and SyFy two-lipped hinged mouths.
The Sardaukars look pretty cool too.
