Let's ignore the fact that they don't have a single piece on them that's actually compatible with normal Lego bricks; those things simply don't fly - at all.
Since they don't have a tail rotor like any actual helicopter all they do is hop off the ripcord handle, go out of control and crash land.
It got so bad that one of the more famous German Youtube reviewers put a printout of Lego's quality values next to this year's City heli transporter and concluded the review with calling it absolutely shameless to release something like this, especially for that price compared to what you get from competing brands, and the first time he'll go back to the store and demand his money back.
