For some reason literally everyone from Goseiger/Mega Force were also skipped over save for Gosei Knight who was released alone as an exclusive. You also had Juwo Fuzo from Shinkenger, Basco and Warz Gill from Gokaiger, as well as DeluKnight and the Droans from Akibaranger available as exclusive for villains.
Unfortunately the line sold pretty poorly in part due to so many of them being pricy online exclusives, and when the Akibaranger merch bombed it pretty much cursed the entire line to a slow and disappointing death.
One of the biggest issues is that because the line essentially died prior to 2015 it didn't survive long enough to ever take advantage of the more modern sculpting, proportions, and articulation that were introduced by the Kamen Rider line, specifically Ryuuki and Gaim's, so they tend to suffer from thinner proportions and floppier joints.
