In general no, because figures are too fat, or hips aren't wide enough. The only toy line that works is kamen rider.

Hasbro made a decent cosmic ghost rider

I’m fond of Maisto bikes. Lots of bike models, cheap, complete out of the box and detailed but not fragile.

Kotobukiya do some nice model bikes. Their Rapid Raider and Bandit Wheel work really well for 1/12ish bits. I think they have a Motorbike robot in the Frame Arms line too, but I'm not sure how well that would scale with other figures.

I own the Kabuto Extender, and I can confirm their bikes are great. I love them. I need to get a few more, but the bikes I want are all really pricy.
