They could likewise just call you stupid for liking "fake" dinosaurs or whatever reason, then what, everyone is just stupid for liking what they like, I guess.
That aside, I get that you have your preference and would like those kinds of products, but then I guess Silva's products aren't for you. He's making these not just to sell but because he wants to. Maybe in the future someone else will come out with exactly what you want, and when the featherfolk come asking for feathers and they get shut down, you can feel all pleased with yourself, but that isn't this line, and he's made it clear it won't be. Maybe one day he'll want to branch out into those more fantastical old school dinosaurs like the fire breathing parasaurolophus, but that's not what this line is going for at this time.
Regarding the dragons, that's another passion project for him dating back to when he sculpted various McFarlane dragons, and now he has the means to make articulated versions of them. I don't think if you ask him about why he's making fantasy dragons and not "fantasy" dinosaurs he'll tell you it's out of spite, it just happens to be what he wants to focus on. Because he's not making the products you want isn't a reason to be upset at him. It'd be like someone getting upset that Mattel is making JP dinosaurs and not scientifically accurate ones, despite the fact that they're very specifically making the dinosaurs found in JP.
