It's hard to say if that's because they became dissatisfied with the design and need to revise it, because the increasing attention their original IP has gotten means it's no longer good PR to do Not-Transformers figures, or if they're just been too busy with Nicee, the first four Magic Henshin releases, and Kalavinka to have had time to work on her.
Regardless, don't expect the final figure, if it happens, to resemble Windblade as much as Nicee does Arcee, even without the head. Playing in the 3P world was fine for BFB before they were confident their original IP would do well, but now that they've gotten Magic Henshin onto Japanese hobby sites, it's not a good look to continue making unlicensed Hasbro stuff.
