Naruto and anyone using the generic jounin uniform are always ugly because the only way to do their bodies would be some sort of thin rubber but they either just make a cut that breaks the sculpt or make the torso a huge detail-less block. There's also things like the Akatsuki which have those huge coats that obliterate any chance of yielding a decent toy without using fabric or characters like Haku that would have the same issue as the old revoltech Kenshin.
