The symbiotes are basically puddles of goo and the mouths basically just a inch away from the host's body. Their "mouths" only exist for the host to use their fangs to rip n tear, because the symbiote absorbs all its nutrients from the host. The Venom symbiote didn't even need a mouth when Spiderman used it (read: the symbiote was basically retconned into being a monster. to explain why it never fed, they said its nutrition was human chemicals that create emotions. no throats or stomach)
Nevermind he posted a picture of MODERN Carnage, because that's who he was talking about. Kletus is a zombie and the symbiote is basically just goo animating the crushed bones, guts, and blood of Kletus in a human shape.
NEvermind 3 other people talked about how its only a mask and flat. Another guy basically said the same thing, except the fake mouth may have a tube going down Kletus' own mouth, because it can't modify the body in a major way (read: losing your jaw would be a major modification).
