They decided, holes in the thighs and arms (why do you keep ignoring the arms?) are a bug, not a feature, so they "enhanced" her. Who really knows. I just want them to turn out well, because this is a chance for characters not from G1 to get figures, even non transforming ones. Who knows what the odds of getting another Vector Prime are, but if I can get one here, amazing. RID Scourge, Energon Scorponok, etc. But again, they really need to scale with each other. If they make Bulkhead and he's as tall as Arcee, then what's the point. Which makes me question, why do Prime at all, Optimus for example is so much taller than Arcee that he'd need to be much taller and larger (same as Bulkhead, especially his width). Knockout is next, and even he is a fair bit taller. I can't imagine they'd just skip over Optimus and Megatron, so they'd probably have to introduce a deluxe size.
Also Cheetor, how tall is Dinobot, who'd excel as a straight action figure due to his tough to translate design, is far taller.
