Unfortunately, I'm not quite sure which toy line the chibi/SD Sakura is from. I got her in a group of used figures. But try searching for "Street Fighter figure" in Japanese like this:
ストリートファイター フィギュア
That would be a good place to start and you may even find other chibi SF character figures that way, too. There's a bunch out there and I've found several for friends. You can add さくら for Sakura specifically.
If you can't find that one, then I have a recommendation that may be easier to find. Search for "Pocket Fighter Sakura keychain" or ポケットファイター さくら キーホルダー
See the photo with this post. There are two types which are a bit bigger than the figure you were originally asking about, but they're still plenty cute and chibi. I have the school uniform one and they're designed for hanging, not standing.
