do you think the hair is painted too? it's two colors, white and pink, it must be a white piece with pink paint on it, right? no, it's all one piece of unpainted plastic, just dyed pink at the lower portions of the hair

neither is the bikini or the headphones, pieces fabricated separately and attached later, same as the hair
you could take an x-acto and carefully peel the pieces off
the only part of that figure that's paint is the eye detail (but the eyes themselves are also clearly separate circles of white plastic pressed into the head) and the sides of the headphones
but also you're trying to use this weird melting girl fetish picture as an example of "paint not warping when something melts" even though it's a completely different style and make of figure compared to a fucking star wars action figure
