Guys,
Now, there's this toy that was about 2-3 inches when I was growing up.
I forgot how old I was but I was young like 6?7? so around 1996-7?
One of my mom's friend's son was getting old and giving away toys so he gave me what looked like a gi joe, looked like solid snake, but it was smaller and pretty well articulated.
That's all I know, it had a dark color scheme, looked like snake, good articulation, and smaller than GI JOE.
